Kek Sifon Coklat

Salam manis kepada semua yang singgah ke dapur Rahel..apa khabar semua? Harap sihat semua.Kali ni Rahel nak share lagi satu resepi kek sifon yg telah Rahel cuba,resepinya Rahel ambik dari buku resepi..tuan punya resepi ialah Kevin Chai..memang hebat betul chef yang satu ni..banyak sangat resepi kek dia.


Ni kira yang ke berapa kali jugak Rahel cuba resepi kek sifon dia,memang sentiasa menjadik jer,sebab tu la Rahel sentiasa koleksi resepi beliau,bukan ape..kan rasa rugi klu kite beli buku resepi tu dan kejadiannya tak seperti yang kita harapkan..so memang berbaloi la untuk memiliki setiap buku yang mengandungi resepi beliau..dijamin pasti puas hati dengan hasilnya.


Oklah...sebelum Rahel keluar...nak share dulu resepi kek sifon ni,tapi takde terjemahan..Rahel letak resepi sesuai dalam buku resepi...

Chocolate Chiffon Cake
Resepi:Kevin Chai
Bahan A:
70g chocolate
150ml milk
60ml cooking oil
6 egg yolks
1 tsp chocolate emulco
110g plain flour
20g cocoa powder
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
Bahan B:
6 egg whites
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
150g caster sugar

Method:
1.To make egg yolk batter,melt chocolate and milk over simmering
   water.Cmbine with oil,egg yolks and and chocolate emulco in a
   mixing bowl.

2.Fold in flour,cocoa powder and soda until forms batter.

3.T o make white foam,beat egg whites and cream of tartar until mixture
   forms solf peaks.Gradually add in sugar,beating at high speed until frothy
   and stiff peaks forms.

4.Gently fold beaten egg white foam into egg yolk batter until blended.

5.Pour batter into ungreased 9-in(22cm) tube pan.Bake in preheated oven
   at 170'C for 30-40 minutes or until cooked.

6.Removed from oven,invert cake onto table until completely cooled.
