Selamat pagi dan selamat berhujung minggu,diharap sahabat skalian dalam keadaan yang sihat sejahtera.Pagi ni awal-awal lagi kita tayang macarons sebab semalam uda tayang di facebook dan ada yang bertanya mengenai resepi tiramisu macarons jadinya kita share la pepagi ni mana la tau ada yang rajin untuk mencuba dihujung minggu ini...silahkan...memang ada kelainan rasa tiramisu macarons ni..resepi macam biasa kita ambik dari buku resepi macarons...terbaek..
TIRAMISU MACARONS

Bahan-bahan:
75g ground almonds
1 tsp coffee granules,finely crushed
115g icing sugar
2 large egg whites
50g caster sugar
1 tsp cocoa powder
Filling:
115g mascarpone cheese----> I guna cream cheese
1 tbsp. marsala or sweet sherry----> I tak letak
25g caster sugar----> I letak 15g sahaja
2 tbsp. grated milk or plain chocolate---->I tak letak
Method:
1.Place the ground almonds,coffee granules and icing sugar in a food processor and process
for 15 seconds.Sift the mixture into a bowl.
Line two baking sheets with baking paper.
2.Place the egg whites in a large bowl and whisk until holding soft peaks.Gradually whisk in
the caster sugar to make a firm,glossy meringue.
3.Using spatula,fold the almond mixture into the meringue one third at a time.When all the
dry ingredients are thoroughly incorporated,continue to cut and fold the mixture until it
forms a shiny batter with a thick,ribbon-like consistency.
4.Pour the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a 1-cm/1/2 - inch plain nozzle.Pipe 32 small
rounds onto the prepared baking sheets.Tap the baking sheets firmly onto a work surface
to remove air bubble.Sift the cocoa powder over the macaroons.Leave at room
temperature for 30 minutes.Preheat the oven to 160'C.
5.Bake in the preheat oven for 10-15 minutes.Cool for 10 minutes,then carefull peel the
macaroons of the baking paper.Leave to cool completely.
6.To make filling,beat the mascarpone,marsala and caster sugar together until smooth.Spread
the mascarpone mixture over half the macaroons,sprinkle over the grated chocolate abd top
with the remaining macaroons.
