Ingredients:
300g dark compound chocolate
200g UHT whipping cream
50g unsalted butter
Method:
*Cook whipping cream until boils.Add it into the finely chopped chocolate and stir until melted
completely.
*Add butter and mix until well combined.Leave it overnight to thicken.
