Selamat petang.
Kali ni kita cuba pulak kuih momo iaitu biskut raya Melayu Sarawak dan Brunei,ianya macam kuih makmur tapi tak letak serbuk kacang..pun ianya macam biskut suji salju yang mudah cair dalam mulut.Mungkin ada yang sedang tercari-cari resepi biskut untuk raya nanti...yang ni memang sesuai la...sedap tidak manis sangat..cara penyediannya juga teramat mudah...jom kita intai-intai resepinya..
KUIH MOMO
Sumber:100 Juadah Perayaan (Puan Norzailina Nordin)
Bahan-bahan:
340g tepung gandum--> tepung ni saya sangai dengan api perlahan selama 6 minit
30g gula aising
30g tepung susu
1/2 sdt garam
2 biji kuning telur
160-180g minyak sapi-dicairkan (yg ni kena guna 120-130g sahaja)
Bahan salut:
50g susu tepung
50g gula aising
Cara membuat:
1.Ayak tepung,gula,susu dan garam.Masukkan kuning telur dan gaul sehingga sebati.
2.Masukkan sedikit demi sedikit minyak sapi,uli menjadi doh.
3.Ambil sedikit dan bentukkan seperti bebola.
4.Atur di atas tin pembakar beralas kertas kalis minyak.
5.Bakar pada suhu 170'C selama 25 minit atau sehingga masak.
6.Angkat dan golekkan di dalam campuran bahan salut.Biar sejuk atas redai.
7.Simpan dalam bekas kedap udara.
